Visa Process 

Following  is an updated procedure for obtaining an invitation letter which you will need to acquire a Business Visa for our upcoming ES /AGM in Moscow, May 23-24, 2012: 

If you have not requested your Letter of Invitation from Rachael for a Business Visa, in all probability it is too late. However, there is still time to obtain a Tourist Visa, but you must act quickly as you still have to go through the following steps:

1) Make your hotel reservation for the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Hotel Centre https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=9210571&fromResdesk=true,
2) notify Rachael  (rnegron@tiaca.org) that you have done so,
3) she will verify reservation and send out the hotel's Reservation Confirmation Form for completion,
4) return the completed form to Rachael,
5) hotel will generate a confirmation letter which Rachael will send to you. 

[NOTE: Please check with your Russian Embassy to see if you need to present an original of the hotel's confirmation letter.  If a copy is adequate, then you can present this letter that you receive from Rachael via email to your Russian Embassy in order to obtain your Tourist Visa.  If an original is required, you will need to supply Rachael with a courier account number, address and telephone number so that the hotel can send the original directly to you.]
