Non-Exhibitors

Non-exhibitors will be charged a onetime fee of $6,200, plus the listed daily or half day rate of the meeting/conference rooms indicated in the table above. NOTE: In lieu of the onetime fee, a full page ad can be placed in the Official Program. (Deadline for ad placement in the Official Program is August 10, 2012)

General Information

  • October 2nd is a half day rate only.
  • Discount rates for multiple days are available:

  • Any needs other than tables and chairs must be contracted and paid for by the company contracting the conference room with the following ACF 2012 service companies:

  • Please note that these meeting/conference rooms are not available to conduct press conferences, they are to be used for corporate meetings only.
