Executive Summit Program

Riding The Recession

‘Riding the recession’ will be the theme of The International Air Cargo Association’s (TIACA) Executive Summit in Vancouver in April as senior executives from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, MergeGlobal and Boeing give their views on the full impact of the economic downturn, identify lessons from the past and advise on the most effective business protection and survival strategy.

Air cargo is one of the best barometers of world trade, reflecting the buying habits of companies and consumers and the order books of the manufacturing sector. It feels the earliest effects of recession but, as history proves, remains one of the first industries to emerge from a downturn.
