Background

The Compensation Committee provides the association with compensation policies and guidelines for its employed operating staff and consultants.  The committee objective is to ensure the association provides its staff a salary and benefit package that is competitive with other similarly sized and similarly funded non-profit associations.  In doing so, the committee’s purpose is to retain a highly talented, professional staff as (1) an entrusted responsibility toward its members and (2) befitting of the association’s industry stature.
