legitimate public concern for sound environmental policies with the
continuing need for economic growth, supported by competitive airfreight
services, particularly in developing economies.
5. Secure consistent progress in the efficiency and integrity of relevant
regulatory agencies, especially customs services.
6. Raise industry performance standards.
