VISA
Any person coming to Hong Kong, China must be able, at all times, to
produce a valid identity document allowing the bearer to enter the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants attending AIRCARGO FORUM
2002 who are required an entry visa for Hong Kong, China, must make the
necessary arrangements well in advance of their departure. They should
ensure that their visa is valid for a sufficient duration.

Applicants from countries where there is no Chinese representation are
advised to contact the nearest Chinese diplomatic and consular mission.
Should a visa be needed, a letter of invitation (for visa purposes only),
to attend AIR CARGO FORUM 2002 may be requested, at the earliest, by sending

Please include in the request your name, title, company, street address,
e-mail address, and telephone and fax numbers. This letter of invitation
will be sent to the applicant by fax for submission to the concerned Chinese
diplomatic and consular mission.
