Mission:
The Nominations Committee vets self nominations from Trustee members that
wish to hold office or become a member of the Board of Directors. One
of the guiding principles of the nominations committee is to have the
Board of Directors representative of the trustees by region and industry.
The committee members
are not elected but rather appointed by office. Office holders which
are automatically appointed to the Nominations Committee are comprised
of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Immediate Past Chairman, and the Secretary
General.
