TIACA Hall of Fame
Nomination Criteria

Please read the criteria below before making your nomination:

1) All individuals involved in the air cargo business are eligible to nominate persons for the Hall of Fame.

2) Nominations should not be based on a nominee's role within TIACA, but on other business and industry achievements. No current member of TIACA's Board of Directors or staff will be considered.

3) All members of the air cargo industry, past or present, are eligible for nomination.

4) Successful candidates will be those who have made a special contribution to air cargo in some specialised area and/or to the business in general, over a period of years.

5) Self-nominations or nominations of related parties will not be accepted.

6) Nominations must be made on the nominations form available on the TIACA website or from the Secretariat. Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted.

7) Nominations for each year's Hall of Fame must be received by October 31, but may be tendered at any time during the year up to that date.

8) The decision reached by the Chairman’s Council shall be final.

9) The Chairman’s Council is under no obligation to make an award should no truly qualified individual be nominated. However, it can appoint more than one individual to be inducted in any one session.

10) The awardee(s) will be announced at TIACA's Executive Conference and Annual General Meeting each year.

11) The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) does not accept any liability for loss or damage arising from any comments or opinions expressed orally or in writing in connection with the Hall of Fame Award.
