	Finance Committee Chairman: Richard Norris
Mission:
The Finance Committee is an oversight committee reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Its functions are to collaborate in the development of the Association budgets and accounts, approve the budget’s long-term suitability and function, approve the Association’s budget prior to presentation to the voting members at the Annual General Meeting, and concur with consequential interim budget modifications before presentation to the Board of Directors.
The Finance Committee also:
Monitors the financial affairs in relation to the policies and budgets determined by the Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors; Provides financial guidance and advice to the Board of Directors and the Secretariat for the sound fiscal management and good conduct of the Association’s affairs; Counsels, advises, and contributes to the activities of the Treasurer in the execution of his duties.
