All TIACA passengers should be on board by 1500.

TIACA will have a reception table in the passenger check-in area where you will receive the following:
-- Badges and final conference agenda;
--Cruise documents; and
-- Bahamas Immigration forms. Forms must be completed
before boarding. From there you will go to the passenger
check-in counter where a receptionist will check your credentials and supply you with ship services such as a SuperCharge card to use for all purchases you make on the ship and at the end of the cruise the balance will be billed to your credit card. You can view the bill daily or the entire bill on the last night of your cruise. (This is optional)


Documentation: A passport is essential and visas may be required. If you have any questions regarding visas, please contact Louise Gross at lgtravels@yahoo.com or see the Bahamas website www.bahamas.com/travel_tips/visa_entry/visa_passport.htm?link_=2. No other documentation such as birth certificates or drivers license will be accepted with the exception of children. Children can board with a birth certificate.

Transportation

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines will provide bus service to the Port of Miami for attendees arriving at Miami International Airport on January 11th (departure day) and/or from the Port of Miami to Miami International Airport on January 14th (arrival day). The charge is $11.00 one-way and $21 round trip. Please contact Louise Gross at lgtravels@yahoo.com with the name of the airline, flight number, flight Arrival time and flight departure information. Other options are Supper Shuttle or taxi. From the Port of Miami to Miami International Airport, Supper Shuttle's fee is $9.00 per person and taxi service is $18.75 per cab.

Meeting attire will be business casual.

Please note that all drinks offered at cocktail receptions are complimentary, drinks ordered at any other time during the cruise will be at the expense of the individual. All food services are included.
