CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours prior to arrival German time, regardless
of whether the room is ultimately sold or not. Cancellation notes must be received by the
hotel in writing via fax (+1 49 221 8281 270) or email cologne@hyatt.de
If the room is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival German time and the hotel is unable
to resell the room, the individual guest will be charged for the duration of the whole reserved stay.
