Manuel Aragon is President of Teqflor, Inc., a consulting firm specializing
in perishables air distribution logistics including organizing the safe
and secure flow of perishable air cargo in such a way as to reduce significantly
the time from point of production to point of sale. He has served as a hands-on
consultant to 27 floral industry clients plus airlines and airports. Aragon
has served on numerous industry perishables transportation committees and
is a regular speaker at industry conferences where he has presented papers
including “Flower Distribution Logistics,” “Flower Supply
Line Shortcomings,” and “Food Supply Safety and Distribution
Logistics.” His background as a faculty member at the UCLA School
of Architecture and Urban Planning has facilitated his efforts in the design
of perishable air cargo facilities at international airports. |
