Thomas Nieszner

Thomas Nieszner has been Head of Global Products, Marketing & Sales,
DHL Danzas Air and Ocean, based in Basel, Switzerland, since the end of
2003. He joined Danzas Switzerland in 1995 as Marketing-Sales and Airfreight
Manager, and the following year was promoted to the position of Country
Manager of Danzas Intercontinental Switzerland. Nieszner was in charge of
the worldwide integration of Danzas and AEI in 2000 before being appointed
CEO of Danzas-AEI Europe/South Africa. From December 2001 until September
2003 he was based in Singapore as CEO of DHL Danzas Air & Ocean Asia
Pacific. Simultaneously he headed various DHL Logistic STAR projects as
a member of the DHL Logistic Board. Prior to joining Danzas, Nieszner held
various management positions with Schneider & Company in Geneva, Basel,
Zurich and New York.
