2003 Scholarship Programs Open for Competition
- David F. Pierce, Education Committee Chairman, is pleased to announce that the Walter H. Johnson, Jr. Ph.D. Scholarship has been increased to a $25,000 scholarship for the 2003 scholarship competition, and that all TIACA scholarship programs are now open for competition.
