Alaska Airlines to inspect 35% of fleet

TREND - Annual freight growth slows slightly – IATA
- GENEVA, (WorldACD) - International air freight traffic grew by 4.3 pct in 2007,
the International Air Transport Association (IATA) reports in its latest monthly traffic bulletin.
"This is down slightly from growth of 4.6 pct seen in 2006 and much lower than the 7-8 pct growth trend of recent years,” IATA says. “Traffic increased 4.7 pct in December, up from 3.5 pct in November, “largely due to temporary, year-end related factors.”
