Investor nods modernisation of Sibirean airport

Siberian airline amidst extensive fleet renewal
- Oct 11, 2007 (newstodate): Russia's S7 Siberian Airlines is now in the midst of an extensive seven year fleet renewal program, launched in 2007.
Several large aircraft contracts have been inked, including orders for 25 Airbus À320 with deliveries starting in 2009, 10 Boeing 737-800 with deliveries beginning in 2010, and 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliner with first delivery in 2014.
The carrier has also concluded leasing agreements with ILFC covering four new Airbus A320 with delivery to start in early 2008, and with Cramington for nine Airbus A319, two of which have already been delivered.
