BRUSSELS, Dec 18 (WorldACD) – Figures from the Association of European Airlines (AEA), which groups around 30 airlines, reveal that freight traffic carried on scheduled services increased by 2.3 percent last month on October 2006.
Freight traffic is measured in TFTK (Total Freight Tonne-Kms) on passenger and all-cargo services, excluding mail.
January-October traffic was up 2.6 percent on the corresponding period in 2006.
