From 2013 Kosovo Air Space will reopen under Hungary Control
Kosovo's air space will reopen under Hungarian control in the spring of 2013. Kosovo's air space was closed in 1999 and put under the control of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). NATO selected Hungary after the invitation made by the Atlantic Alliance in 2011 to some countries in the region to apply for the control of the air space.
