Servisair Cargo and Kenya Airways join forces…

Servisair Cargo and Kenya Airways are pleased to announce that they have agreed on a multi-year agreement for cargo handling services of Kenya Airways’ cargo at Heathrow, including the provision of their trucking services throughout the UK and Ireland, effective 1st January 2012.

Kenya Airways flies to over 56 locations around the world via its national hub in Nairobi, covering the length and breadth of Africa and key international gateways. At London Heathrow it has daily flights, operated by a B777 aircraft, directly serving Nairobi. From Nairobi cargo is then transported to onward destinations on the Kenya Airways network throughout Africa. 

Speaking of the new multi year contract, Mohammed Akhlaq, VP Business Development, Servisair Cargo comments “We are pleased to welcome Kenya Airways to our facility at Building 521 in Heathrow, which has been re-opened in Autumn 2010 and remains one of the most advanced cargo handling warehouses at the airport.  In addition, the strength of our UK and Irish network ensures we can compliment Kenya Airways product by offering them an extensive trucking and handling service across our well established network.”
