Jet Airways ‘Powers’ Ahead with Calogi’s c-Club Loyalty Programme

Calogi (www.calogi.com) has welcomed yet another airline into its loyalty programme with the signing of the India-based Jet Airways.  

Built on a firm understanding of the air cargo industry, the Calogi c-Club loyalty programme allows airlines to reward forwarders that conduct electronic business with them. The solution, a part of the award-winning Calogi product suite, is flexible and simple to use and enables airlines to adjust their rewards schemes to their marketing strategies.  

In collaboration with their General Sales Agents, Cargo Partners, one of the largest in the region, Jet Airways have designed a loyalty programme to reward Calogi forwarders with points for every 100 kilos flown from Dubai to a number of destinations, including Mumbai and Hong Kong. The greater the weight of the shipment, the greater number of points earned. The scheme allows the c-forwarder to redeem their points for cash vouchers or opt to have the value of the points credited to their c-Trade account. The Jet airways promotion ends on the 9th February 2012.

C-Club is the first loyalty programme dedicated to the air cargo supply chain business and offers even more benefits to customers conducting their business on the Calogi portal. The Calogi c-Club loyalty solution allows any seller of services on the portal to run their own flexible loyalty scheme with any buyers on the portal. 

By running their own loyalty programme, Calogi subscribers can solidify existing relationships, initiate new relationships and convert one-time customers into repeat business. Combining the loyalty effect of Calogi and participating dnata-FreightGates, general sales agencies, airlines and other service providers adds another very compelling incentive to the already impressive list of proven benefits to both buyers and sellers transacting on the Calogi portal.
