Air Cargo WorldKuehne + Nagel has agreed to purchase Bad Hersfeld, Germany-based Carl Drude GmbH & Co. KG for an undisclosed amount. Company officials project that the acquisition of Drude Logistik, which facilitates hub operations for global groupage networks, will help K + N boost its European presence tremendously.
