Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors are invited to provide one promotional item for the Conference Bag as described below under Sponsorship "A".  Company logos will be displayed on all printed materials, and the ACF 2008 website which links visitors to the sponsor's website.  Interested exhibitors contact bweinsier@tiaca.org.

A. CONFERENCE BAG INSERT		$1,000
	All delegates attending the Forum will receive a conference bag. Take advantage of this great opportunity and insert a promotional item, a brochure or phamplet, or an invitation to attend a special promotion at your booth during the exposition.	More Info
Inserts must be no larger than 8½"x11". Please provide 1300 pieces and have delivered to KLCC between October 27th & October 30th, 2008. All inserts must be approved by TIACA.
B. EXPRESS SHIPPING VOUCHER		$2,000
	Express companies are invited to place their company’s free shipping voucher in the conference bags. This is a special offer restricted to delegates attending the Air Cargo Forum 2008, providing them an opportunity to experience service offered by the express companies. It is for the free shipment of a package of a max weight determined by the express company, and will be available only for the dates November 3-7, 2008.	More Info

C. LANYARDS

D. CONFERENCE BAGS		$15,000
	Have your logo displayed on the ACF 2008 Conference Bag which will be presented to all delegates and media attending the Forum. This bag will contain various sponsor inserts, promotional items, and the official program.	More Info
Your company logo will be printed on the outside of the bag. 1300 bags will be produced . Provide artwork to TIACA no later than June 30th, 2008. Logo/imprint must be approved by TIACA.
E. VISITOR BAGS		$12,000
	Attendees of the exhibition will receive a visitor bag as they register, or at various locations throughout the hall. All bags will clearly display the sponsors logo on both sides.	More Info
Your company logo will be printed on the outside of the bag. 5000 bags will be produced . Provide artwork to TIACA no later than June 30th, 2008. Logo/imprint must be approved by TIACA.
F. TAKE A BREAK		$10,000
	Cool refereshing bottles of water will be located throughout the exhibition hall, with the sponsoring company's name and logo printed on the bottle label.	More Info
7000 bottles of water will be produced. Provide artwork to TIACA no later than June 30th, 2008. Logo/imprint must be approved by TIACA.
G. FORUM NOTEPADS AND PENS		$12,000
	Sponsorship for notepads and pens is a high profile item. The notepads and pens wil be available to delegates attending the conferences on Wednesday and Thursday, strategically placed outside the conference rooms. Extras will be given back to the sponsor or distributed throughout the show floor.	More Info
1500 notepads and 1500 pens will be produced. Provide artwork to TIACA no later than June 30th, 2008. Logo/imprint must be approved by TIACA.
H. INTERNET CAFÉ		$15,000
Click For More Detail	Two Internet Cafés will be open at the show. Each café will have six computer stations with internet access, and a small lounge area. Sponsor's logo can be displayed on the computer stand and computer screens, as well each computer's homepage can be set to the sponsor's website.	More Info
