ACF
2008 will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, located at
the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Center Development. Designed as
a “city within a city”, this 100- acre site offers a stimulating
environment within which to work, live, shop, visit and enjoy the
best of life in Malaysia.
Completed in June of 2005, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is situated aside a 50-acre park designed by the world-renowned Brazilian landscape architect, Roberto Burle Marx. Also surrounding the park are the signature PETRONAS Twin Towers, designed by Cesal Pelli, the Asy-Syakirin Mosque, the Surla shopping center, PETROSANS – an interactive science discovery center, the Galeri PETRONAS and the Dewan Filharmonic PETRONAS, home of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.
The facilities are supported by some of the most advanced technologies available. Data networking, structured cabling, wireless LAN, telecommunication and digital audio/visual facilities allow Delegates to access information on demand and stay connected with their home base.
